Breakfasts at Ryedale's

All guests are served with an appetising breakfast in the farmhouse dining room which has been decorated and furnished in a style appropriate to the period and character of the house.

In providing breakfasts for our guests we use only the best available British and, wherever possible, local produce. Making use of local produce means that the food that we serve not only has the genuine taste of the countryside, but also that it hasn’t travelled a great many supermarket air miles to get to the farmhouse kitchen.

It also means that our menus will vary according to the season and the availability of produce. In order to give you an idea of the style of our breakfasts at the farmhouse, here is a typical sample menu:

Fruit juice, fruit and cereals are available for guests to help themselves

  • Full English Breakfast Bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, eggs ~ fried, poached or scrambled 
  • Scrambled egg and smoked salmon
  • Baked smoked haddock with a poached egg
  • Baked eggs with mozzarella cheese
  • Toast or bread
  • Tea or coffee

Although we do not provide evening meals we are sure you will be delighted with the range and quality of the pubs and restaurants within a short drive of the farmhouse.
