Ryedale Vineyards B&B Draft Terms and Conditions

Rooms are normally available from 4PM on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate by 10.00AM on the departure day. If you wish to check in after 8.00PM, specific arrangements will need to be confirmed at the time of making your reservation. We regret that we are unable to accept reservations for any arrival later than 10.00PM.

We reserve the right to decline to accept a booking.

Any relevant changes in the details of a reservation made with us must be notified to Ryedale Vineyards B&B otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation.

Ryedale Vineyards is a working, agricultural environment so we are unable to accommodate children as guests.

We regret that we are unable to accept pets into our guest accommodation.

Payment can be made using cash or cheque.

We do not provide evening meals but will be happy to recommend a range of quality pubs and restaurants in the area. Guests will need to have their own transport or make their own arrangements for travelling to and from such establishments.

Ryedale Vineyards B&B is a non smoking establishment. Guests are welcome to smoke in the gardens of the farmhouse.

Breakfasts are provided for all guests on the basis of the sample menu shown on our web site. Because we use only the best and seasonally available produce we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available at any specific time during the year.

Guests with special dietary requirements may be accommodated following discussion with us at the time of making the booking.

Bookings:

When making a booking with us a deposit of 50% of the total due for the accommodation that has been agreed is payable in advance. The remaining 50% is payable on departure.

Cancellations:

In the event of an agreed booking being cancelled more than seven days prior to the arrival date, a full refund of the deposit paid will be made by Ryedale Vineyards.

If a cancellation is made seven days or less from the booked arrival date then 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded if no replacement booking for the accommodation in question is made in the interim. If a replacement booking is made for the accommodation in question then a full refund of the deposit paid will be made.

If a cancellation is made three days or less from the booked arrival date then no refund of the deposit paid will be made if no replacement booking for the accommodation in question is made in the interim. If a replacement booking is made for the accommodation in question then a full refund of the deposit paid will be made.
