A good hearty chunk of Fellstone Unpasteurised cheese (250g) from The Courtyard Dairy in Austwick. Fellstone is based on a traditional old ‘dales’ recipe of the north of England, and aged for three months by which time it has the fresh lemony-lactic flavours of a good Wensleydale, with a supple, firmer texture. Cheese should be eaten within two weeks.
A jar of Brackenhill Sweet Mango Chutney the best mango chutney we have tried. Perfect as it is, or we sizzle chorizo until crispy around the edge then stir through the mango chutney - fabulous! (recipe included)
A 60g pack of the most amazing Sweet ‘N Salty Beetroot ‘N Liquorice Nuts Purple weirdness! – Mixed nuts (peanuts, red skin nuts and cashew nuts) twice oven roasted in beetroot and liquorice root, they have to be tried to be believed. A perfect accompaniment to salami and cheese.
A 100g drum Cheddar and Caramelised Onion Chutney Yorkshire Crisps, hand fried in 100% sunflower oil and drizzled with the completely natural flavour of Cheddar and Caramelised Onion Chutney.
And of course a bottle of Ryedale Vineyards gorgeously fruity Strickland Red, our crisp white Yorkshire Lad and two bottles of Ginger Fox proper, still and sneaky cider (8%)
